Walmart Auto Care Center

I was going to wait and post this review until I see how corporate handles the claim but I think I’ll update this accordingly. I had a flat tire on July 4th and this location was the only place I found open to replace a tire which I am grateful for. But after picking up my wheel I immediately saw sticker residue all over the wheel and radial scratches and some kind of paint transfer on the face of the wheel. I went in to get the manager and before I could even get a picture of the damage a worker was cleaning the wheel and trying to polish the marks. I then told the manager that I had a video of the wheel before they unloaded it from the vehicle (because I’ve heard horror stories of what just happened to me). I showed him the video of no scratches and he continuously denied it was them. Even though there is obviously none of the marks in the video. Also after putting the wheel back on I noticed around the center cap the paint is all chipped and scratched and the outer wheel edge is scratched, which I rewatched my pre drop off video and it was not scratched at all. Absolutely annoyed by this as the truck is basically new. Hopefully corporate will step up to make this right. Always

I was visiting the North Canton area for the holiday weekend and ended up having a hole in a tire on my vehicle. Because it was a holiday on a weekend I didn't have high expectations of finding somebody that could service my tire in that moment. I stopped here anyway because it said the auto center was open and not only did they fix my tire but they didn't a very timely fashion and pointed out the damage to my tire before they did the work. All in all they gave great service and made the new tire work just like the old with no balance issues. Just a smooth ride! I was very appreciative of their Auto & tire team! They were very nice and knowledgeable!

I was initially nervous about having Walmart service my vehicle but I gave them a shot. Mainly because they had the same tires $250 cheaper than a local tire shop. Same exact thing. I’m glad I did. They had them on in about 40 minutes and they were very professional.

The guys who work here are fast, knowledgeable, accommodating and very kind. They were upfront with how long it would take, where I was in line and got me out of there much faster than I expected. I generally go somewhere else for car care but when I compared prices it was hard to justify going somewhere else for a simple oil change especially at almost 2x more. these guys got me in and were quick and didn’t try and sell me other services which I feel everyone else does. I honestly would never review Walmart because, well it’s Walmart but these guys were great! I really hope they are making more than what Walmart is rumored to pay employees (corporate welfare etc) if not then these guys definitely deserve a raise!!!

Good experience with some new tires for the suv. Ordered and set up time on Sunday to install. They were busy and somehow online had double booked at 1pm. The nice gentleman helping me just explained it would be a little longer than normal. No worries here. I got a text a couple hours later that my vehicle was ready. Everything was as it should be and the tires are balanced well. This is a tire and service shop people, it takes time to do stuff. Prepare beforehand. Thank you for a good job today.
